Article Processing Charges
To cover publication costs, Aster journals have very minimal Article Processing Charges (APCs), only upon editorial acceptance of an article.
Article processing charges (APCs) are necessary to cover the costs associated with the publication process in Open Access journals. These costs include peer review, editing, typesetting, and online hosting. APCs ensure the sustainability of open-access publishing models, where content is freely accessible to readers. This system promotes wider dissemination of research findings while maintaining the quality and integrity of scholarly publications.

Submission and Withdrawal Policies
Article processing charges (APCs) cover the cost of publication in the journal; in recognition of the varying editorial time and effort involved in publishing different article types, from administrating peer review to copy-editing and hosting.
Requests for manuscript withdrawal will not be accepted once the manuscript has undergone peer review or galley production. Authors will have a period of 7 days from the date of submission to withdraw their manuscript. After the initial 7-day period, our editorial team will commence the review process, and the manuscript will no longer be eligible for withdrawal.
If a manuscript is withdrawn after one week of its initial submission, a 50% charge of the article processing fee will be applied. It's important to note that there are no charges for submitting a manuscript or for articles that have been rejected.
