‘Gynecology’, the specialized field of medicine deals with the  female reproductive system which is made up of internal organs and external structures that are required for human reproduction. ‘Fertility’ is defined as the natural capability of producing offspring. The inability to conceive and reproduce is termed as infertility. The science of gynecology continues to make advances against the diseases and disorders that may deny a woman the ability to have children.

‘Journal of Gynecology and Fertility, a bimonthly publishing Open Access journal aims to publish articles on a wide range of topics related to preventive and primary gynecological care for women of all ages, disorders of the female reproductive system, fertility, menstrual disorders, endometriosis, disturbances of sex hormones, uterine fibroids, infectious diseases, benign and malignant tumor formation, pelvic pain, infertility,  and sexual health dysfunction due to cancer treatment.

‘Journal of Gynecology and Fertility’ welcome scholars across the globe to submit their original research papers fulfilling the requisite criterion. The journal also accepts review, case report, short communication, editorial, expert review and letter to the editor. All the manuscripts published by ‘Journal of Gynecology and Fertility’ undergo rapid, quality and quick  review processing by eminent editorial and review team maintaining high standards and ethics of publishing.

The scholarly content published online will be freely available to every reader anywhere in the world to read, download, copy, reuse and distribute, provided that the original work is properly cited.

Instructions for Author(s)

Authors should strictly follow the journal guidelines and format the manuscript before submitting it. Only papers written in English can be considered for peer-review and publication. Before submission, authors should ensure that their manuscript fits the scope of the journal.

Authors are expected to adhere to the following ethical guidelines

  • Only unpublished and the original manuscript should be submitted.
  • It is unethical to submit a manuscript to more than one journal at a time.
  • Authors must state that all data in the paper are real and authentic.
  • The sources of data used in the development of the manuscripts should be acknowledged.
  • Any conflict of interest must be clearly stated.

Journal of Gynecology and Fertility follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Guidelines for issues of fraud, image manipulation, and duplicate publication.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check their submission’s compliance with all of the following items. Submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. Cover letter (Names, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses for all authors and corresponding author details should be submitted in a cover letter along with the manuscript.)
2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word (or equivalent) file (NOT PDF), in English, single-spaced, using a 12-point font. All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. Submit multiple files in one secure Zip file.
3. Spell and grammar checks have been performed.
